Ms. Chaffin: MM, NBCT

Ms. Chaffin has been teaching instrumental music at the high school and collegiate levels for 21 years.  She earned her Bachelor's in Music Education from LSU and an MM from the University of Tennessee.  Her primary instrument is classical trumpet and secondary instrument is classical guitar, which she began studying at the age of 12.  Ms. Chaffin is a National Board Certified Teacher in K-12 Instrumental Music.  She currently studies guitar privately in the studio of renowned teacher/performer, Kent Smedley.
